Right Of Withdrawal / Returns
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, all items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. We do not make size changes and/or substitutions. If you want to exchange for the same model in a different size, or with a different model, you can return it and place a new order. Return instructions To request the return authorization it is necessary to request the RMA code (Return Goods Authorized), and enter the data in the appropriate FORM, remembering to specify:
Account or email address and order number. Reason for return. Once the procedure has been completed, LEBIAR will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
- The return shipment of the return is charged to the customer.
- The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.
